When will my order ship? Our normal turn around is up to 10-12 business days for Tumblers. This does not include shipping transit speeds.
What size should I order? Please review size charts on each product page. I use different shirts for different designs so please use the size chart listed on each product page. Measuring and comparing to the size chart is always best if you are unsure!
Do you accept custom orders? Always! Check out the custom orders page on the main menu.
Can you change this color or use a different shirt color/style? Yes, in most cases these can be changed. Some designs cannot be changed. Please go to the custom orders page and email us to discuss.
Do you offer local pickup? Yes! We are in San Antonio, TX. Please use the "pickup" tab in the cart. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Standard processing time or 10-12 business days still applies to pickup orders. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I cancel an order after it has already been place? I do not accept cancellations.
