These are made from Refillable Inkjoy Gel Pens in Black Ink.

They can be made form any color glitter you'd like or no glitter at all. 

The glitter and vinyl is sealed in Epoxy for a glass-like finish on your pen.
If you would like the personalization to be read while writing with the pen, please list your dominate hand for correct placement.
